Information we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content (required)

This information is used to respond to your inquiry. We may store your submission for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for our internal records.

Spam prevention

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused CAPTCHA alternative, to protect against spam and abuse. When you interact with the contact form, Turnstile may collect limited technical data such as browser type, screen resolution, and interaction patterns to verify that submissions come from a real person. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Zoho PageSense, a third-party analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service may place cookies on your browser to collect information such as:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Browser type and device information
  • Approximate geographic location (based on IP address)
  • Interactions with page elements (clicks, scrolls)

This data is collected in aggregate to help us improve our website and is processed by Zoho in accordance with their privacy policy.

Website analytics

We collect usage data about how visitors interact with our website using self-hosted analytics software. This data is not shared with any third party and no cookies are used. The following data is collected:

  • Page data — URLs visited, page titles, referrers, and query parameters
  • Visit information — session duration, entry pages, and exit pages
  • Device information — browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device type
  • Location data — country and region (derived from IP address)
  • IP addresses — collected and stored permanently
  • Marketing data — UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign)
  • Custom events — if configured
  • Anonymous identifiers — anonymous session and user identifiers that contain no personally identifiable information

This data is stored indefinitely on our self-hosted infrastructure and is used solely to understand website traffic and improve our site.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic information about each request, including your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages you access. These logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting and are retained for a limited period.

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Analyze website traffic and usage patterns to improve our site

Your choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies entirely or clear them after each session. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using our website, but some analytics features may not function.
